About Us

From bespoke new homes, to extensions, refurbishments and conversions we offer clients a turn-key solution to construction projects of any scale. From our initial meeting our aim is to ensure your project is built in keeping with your property.

Our service usually starts from conception, handling all aspects of planning consent and building regulations approval, however some of our clients already have their plans and / or planning in place and we are more than happy to work with you from this stage too.

We will initially come and talk through your requirements and from this stage we will undertake a free feasibility survey and provide you with a fixed quotation. Together with the design and first class finish you are looking for we will also provide you with a time plan before work starts.

We believe that any project should provide a natural and complimentary finish to the property and an extension or conversion should be designed and built to become part of the existing property. We will work with you to meet your requirements throughout the build as we realise that for most people, it is difficult to picture any space from a floor plan. For this reason we can tailor the internal layout of your project as and when it is under construction so you can get a feel for the space and exactly how best to use it for your needs.

From build completion we are able to extend our services to include decorating, carpentry and interior design to compliment your project.

All Grand Design Developments projects come with a 10 year insurance backed warranty.
